Architect and interior designer

Key Responsibilities 1. Design & Concept Development Develop original, innovative design concepts and space planning solutions based on client requirements and site conditions. Create mood boards, concept presentations, and design proposals. Prepare schematic layouts, furniture layouts, 2D working drawings, and 3D visualizations. Select appropriate materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture according to project aesthetics and functionality. 2. Technical Documentation Prepare detailed working drawings, GFCs (Good for Construction drawings), BOQs, and technical specifications. Coordinate with structural, MEP, HVAC, and other consultants to integrate services with interior design. Ensure all drawings adhere to codes, standards, and project guidelines. 3. Client Interaction & Presentations Conduct client meetings to understand requirements, present design ideas, and incorporate feedback. Provide design recommendations aligned with client vision, brand identity, and budget. Assist in finalizing material palettes and on-site design decisions. 4. Site Coordination & Execution Support Conduct regular site visits to monitor design implementation, quality, and progress. Resolve on-site design-related queries and provide technical support to contractors and vendors. Ensure the final execution aligns with approved design and standards. 5. Project Management & Collaboration Work closely with the project manager, purchase team, and site execution team for smooth project delivery. Prepare project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule. Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, and suppliers for material procurement and quality checks.
