Role Overview:

City Manager


Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence

  • Conduct regular

    audits of hotel rooms

    and facilities to ensure compliance with Tripli Hotels’ brand and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with the

    Operations team

    to ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
  • Ensure that

    cleanliness, maintenance, and service standards

    are consistently met across all properties in the city.
  • Monitor and maintain

    guest experience scores, reviews, and ratings

    across all platforms.
  • Drive improvement initiatives to maintain and enhance the

    city-level NPS (Net Promoter Score)

    .

Vendor Management

  • Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with

    local vendors and suppliers

    for smooth property operations.
  • Oversee

    vendor reconciliation

    , ensuring timely and accurate documentation and payments.
  • Work closely with the

    Accounts team

    to resolve property-level payment mismatches and discrepancies through property managers.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Implement

    central initiatives and operational strategies

    effectively across all city properties.
  • Collaborate with

    corporate, operations, and marketing teams

    to ensure city-level goals are met.
  • Provide regular reports on city performance metrics, challenges, and action plans.



Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience in hotel operations, city/regional management, or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality operations, quality control, and guest experience management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and vendor management skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving ability.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Guest review ratings (OTA platforms, Google, etc.)
  • NPS (Net Promoter Score) for the city
  • Property audit compliance score
  • Timeliness in issue resolution and vendor payments
  • Implementation success rate of central initiatives
