Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative located in Udaipur. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing information about our services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Other tasks include processing bookings, handling complaints, and offering support to resolve any issues. The representative will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support
• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Interpersonal Skills
• Proficiency in Computer Literacy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a bonus

Salary Range: 15-18K per month
