Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Representative located in South Delhi. The Call Center Representative will handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, resolve inquiries, provide excellent customer support, and maintain accurate records of interactions. The role involves engaging with customers in a professional manner, addressing concerns efficiently, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure quality service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in customer service and complaint resolution
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls and meet performance targets
