Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative based in Kochi For Automobile company. The Call Center Representative will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, provide support to customers, address inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and achieving Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills with the ability to effectively communicate and assist clients
  • Basic Computer Literacy for managing records, tools, and communication platforms
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer support role is a plus
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is an added advantage
