Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Call Center Representative, based in Neemrana with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Call Center Representative will handle daily tasks such as addressing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer support, and resolving issues efficiently. The role involves actively assisting in maintaining customer satisfaction and building positive relationships through effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support experience
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to handle diverse customer interactions calmly and professionally
• Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including basic software and communication tools
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to varying schedules
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or related training is advantageous
