Call Center Representative

A Call Center Representative handles customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) to provide support, resolve issues, process orders/payments, and offer product info, acting as the first point of contact to ensure customer satisfaction through active listening, problem-solving, and documentation in CRM systems, while adhering to company policies and maintaining a professional tone. Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Answer inbound calls/chats, make outbound calls for follow-ups, and provide support for services or products. Issue Resolution: Address complaints, troubleshoot problems, de-escalate situations, and find effective solutions. Information & Sales: Provide product details, explain features, process orders, handle returns, and suggest relevant services. Account Management: Update customer info, process payments, issue refunds, and review account details (billing, shipping). Documentation: Accurately log all customer interactions, details, and resolutions in the CRM software. Performance: Meet call metrics, follow scripts, participate in training, and maintain a positive company image.
