2. ComplaintHandling: Address customer complaints related to network performance promptlyand effectively. Investigate and analyze the root causes of network issues, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement corrective measures.
3. ClusterLevel Optimization: Conduct performance analysis and optimization activities atthe cluster level. Identify areas of improvement, evaluate network KPIs, anddevelop optimization plans to enhance network capacity, coverage, and quality.
4. NPISupport: Provide support to the Network Planning and Implementation (NPI) teamby offering technical expertise and guidance during the planning and deploymentof new network infrastructure. Ensure seamless integration of new sites andtechnologies into the existing network.
5. RegulatoryRequirements: Stay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure compliancewith applicable regulations and guidelines. Collaborate with regulatory bodieswhen necessary and provide necessary documentation and reports as perregulatory standards.
6. SitePhysical Audits: Conduct regular physical audits of network sites to ensurecompliance with quality and safety standards. Identify potential issues orrisks and take appropriate actions to address them, ensuring the networkinfrastructure are maintained in optimal condition.
7. Support forOps Planning, Capacity, and New Site Justification: Collaborate with OperationsPlanning teams to ensure efficient resource utilization and capacity planning.Provide input and insights for justifying the need for new network sites basedon traffic demand and coverage gaps .
