Key Responsibilities

Technology Strategy & Ownership

• Define and execute the

  long-term technology roadmap

  across all platforms.
• Lead architectural decisions for

  in-house blockchain development

  , scalability, and performance.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution.

In-House Blockchain Development

• Lead the design and development of the

  proprietary blockchain

  , including:
• Consensus mechanisms
• Node architecture
• Network security and performance
• Upgrade and governance frameworks
• Ensure seamless integration between the blockchain and existing applications.

Trading Exchange & Application Platforms

• Own and scale the

  digital asset trading exchange

  , ensuring:
• Secure and reliable order execution
• Wallet infrastructure and transaction flows
• High availability, low latency, and monitoring
• Oversee mobile and web application development and performance.

Tokens, NFT Marketplace & Metaverse

• Lead development of:
• Native token ecosystems and smart contract systems
• NFT minting, trading, and utility platforms
• Metaverse backend systems and real-time services
• Ensure interoperability across blockchain, apps, and platforms.

Engineering Leadership

• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering teams.
• Establish engineering standards, review processes, and delivery frameworks.
• Drive execution across

  live products and upcoming projects

Security, Scalability & Reliability

• Own platform security across infrastructure, wallets, blockchain, and smart contracts.
• Implement audits, monitoring, and incident-response processes.
• Design systems for regulatory readiness and future scale.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a

  CTO, Head of Engineering, or Senior Technology Leader

  .
• Strong background in

  blockchain architecture and distributed systems

  .
• Experience building

  blockchains, protocols, or low-level infrastructure

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  trading platforms, financial systems, or high-transaction products

  .
• Expertise in

  smart contracts, tokens, NFTs, and Web3 integrations

  .
• Backend development expertise (Go, Rust, Node.js, Python, or equivalent).
• Cloud & DevOps experience (AWS/GCP, CI/CD, scalable infrastructure).
• Prior experience in a

  startup or fast-growing environment

  .
