Responsibilities Screening and shortlisting of suitable profiles for internal and external requirements and coordinate with the concerned team. Handling end to end training delivery. Maintaining records on daily sourced profiles, shortlisted profiles, pipeline profiles. Sourcing & mapping trainers as per requirement using portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn etc. Responsible to effectively organize and manage multiple training executions simultaneously. Closely working with supervisor for all in house and out bound requirements. All day to day assigned task. Key Responsibilities Independently identify and generate leads from enterprise clients through networking, research, and cold outreach. Conduct face-to-face meetings and client visits with CXOs, HR Heads, and L&D leaders to understand business needs. Manage complex sales cycles , including proposals, RFP responses, solution presentations, and contract negotiations. Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to design customized enterprise solutions . Drive account expansion via upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Represent Gisul at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to build market visibility. Maintain and grow strong client relationships to ensure repeat and long-term business. Achieve and exceed quarterly/annual enterprise revenue targets. Maintain accurate pipeline and client data in CRM tools (Zoho/Salesforce/HubSpot). Track competitor activities, industry trends, and provide strategic inputs to refine sales strategy. Willingness to travel and meet clients regularly for business development. Key Requirements Bachelors or master’s degree in Business, Sale & Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 4–6 years of proven enterprise/B2B sales experience (preferably in EdTech, IT services, SaaS, or corporate training). Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, consultative selling, and stakeholder management. Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience with CRM tools and sales outreach platforms. Self-motivated, independent, and result-driven with a growth mindset.
