Role Overview

As CTO, you will be responsible for:

●      End-to-end ownership of the Flutter mobile application

●      Tech architecture, scalability, security & performance

●      Building and leading the engineering team

●      Translating product & business vision into robust tech execution

●      Integrating APIs (brokers, analytics, automation, AI layers)

●      Ensuring high availability, data security & compliance readiness

This is a core leadership role


Key Responsibilities

●      Own and evolve the Flutter app architecture

●      Backend coordination (Node.js / Firebase / AWS / APIs)

●      App performance optimization & crash-free experience

●      Tech decision-making for AI, automation & analytics layers

●      Mentor developers & enforce coding discipline

●      Work closely with founders on roadmap & scalability


Ideal Candidate Profile

●      Strong hands-on experience with Flutter (Dart)

●      Experience building & scaling production-grade apps

●      Solid understanding of backend systems & APIs

●      Ability to balance speed, stability & compliance

●      FinTech experience is a plus
