Chief Technology Officer (CTO) & Founding Co-Founder

The Role:

DARSHAI is looking for more than just a coder. We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – AI & Health Tech to join us as a Founding Co-Founder (After 6 months of work). We need a visionary leader capable of building the "Longevity Scorecard" engine, the world's first AI platform that prescribes ancient Geo-Wellness protocols based on real-time modern biomarkers.

After Grand Launch of DARSHAI = 12LPA + Significant Equity + (Co-Founder Status)

Key Responsibilities:

• Architecture & Development:

  Build the MVP of the

  "DARSHAI Geo-Wellness Companion App"

  (React Native/Flutter) for precision ecology tools & Geo-Wellness platforms and the backend AI logic (Python/TensorFlow) to process user bloodwork and HRV data.

• Deep-Tech Integration:

  Lead API integrations with lab partners (Orange Health, Thyrocare) and wearable data streams (Apple HealthKit, Oura API).

• IP Strategy:

  Collaborate with legal counsel to file provisional patents for our proprietary Protocol Efficacy Score (PES) algorithms.

• Team Building:

  Hire and mentor the initial tech team (1-2 developers) and manage outsourced UI/UX agencies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience:

  7+ years in Full Stack Development.

• Industry Focus:

  At least 2 years in Health Tech, MedTech, or AI-based consumer apps.

• Tech Stack:

  Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow Fast API, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and Mobile App Development.

• The X-Factor:

  You are passionate about Longevity Science, a genuine interest in sustainability, Biohacking, or the "Quantified Self." You likely wear an Oura ring or track your own health data meticulously.
