🎯

Objective:

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

🧩

Key Responsibilities, Skills & Experience Required:

Define and execute the company’s technology roadmap across web, mobile, AI, IoT, blockchain, and DevOps.
Oversee all software development, architecture, infrastructure, and R&D initiatives to ensure scalability, security, and innovation.
Build and lead high-performing engineering teams; attract and retain top technical talent.
Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies that offer a competitive edge and improve internal processes or client outcomes.
Serve as the highest escalation point for technical problem-solving across departments and client projects.
Collaborate closely with project managers, sales, and delivery heads to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
Set best practices for code quality, CI/CD, testing, DevOps, and security standards across the organization.
Act as a technology mentor and coach to senior developers and team leads, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

🧠

Required Background & Capabilities:

10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership/CTO/VP Engineering role.
Proven expertise in modern web and mobile technologies (e.g., Node.js, Laravel, React, Flutter, etc.).
Strong knowledge of DevOps pipelines, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP), and security best practices.
Hands-on experience or exposure to AI/ML integration, IoT ecosystems, and blockchain-based solutions.
Visionary mindset with strong execution capability — able to turn concepts into working systems.
Strong team-building skills with a history of leading cross-functional engineering teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with the CEO and leadership team.

A deep passion for technology and innovation.
Ability to balance hands-on technical involvement with strategic thinking.
Strong understanding of startup dynamics and service-based delivery models.
Experience in building SaaS platforms or productized services is a plus.
