Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) located in New Delhi, with some work-from-home flexibility. The CTO will be responsible for overseeing the company’s technology strategy, managing software development projects, leading IT architecture and product development initiatives, and ensuring alignment with business goals. The CTO will work closely with other departments to drive innovation and maintain the technological backbone of Dharmish.

Qualifications

• Software Development and Product Development skills
• Experience in Project Management and IT Strategy
• Expertise in IT Architecture
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with flexibility
• Experience in the consumer goods or e-commerce industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
