Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

🎯 Objectives of the Role
  • Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for business advantage.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and business units on technology-driven initiatives.
  • Provide strong leadership to tech teams, fostering innovation and learning.
  • Oversee scalable, secure systems and infrastructure.
  • Build relationships with vendors and partners, ensuring the best solutions.
  • Drive innovation to enhance products, services, and processes.
📌 Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy.
  • Manage the technology budget and optimise resources.
  • Oversee technical architecture, infrastructure, and security compliance.
  • Establish reliable IT operations, systems, and data management.
  • Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Stay ahead of technology trends and provide strategic insights.
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science/IT or related field.

  • 10–15 years of progressive experience

    in technology leadership, with at least

    5+ years in a senior executive role (CTO, VP Technology, or equivalent)

    , preferably in the Indian market.
  • Proven success in IT infrastructure, software development, and systems architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into effective technology strategies.
⭐ Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science/IT or related field.
  • Certifications: ITIL, PMP, AWS, CISSP (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Agile/DevOps methodologies.
  • Strong risk management, compliance, and data security expertise.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
