We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Revenue Officer to join our consumer durables and home appliances manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all revenue-generating activities, driving revenue growth, and implementing strategies to maximize profitability. As the Chief Revenue Officer, you will play a key role in developing and executing revenue generation plans, analysing revenue data, and leading a team of professionals to achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement revenue generation strategies to drive business growth.
Analyse revenue data and market trends to identify opportunities for increasing revenue.
Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate with other senior executives to align revenue strategies with overall business objectives.
Monitor and report on revenue performance to the executive team and board of directors.
Identify and pursue new revenue streams and business opportunities.

Requirements

Requirements:

20+ years of experience in revenue analysis, revenue growth, and revenue generation
Experience in a growing mid to large segment domestic business, working closely with the managing director and promoters
Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth in a manufacturing or related industry
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent strategic planning and execution abilities
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
