1. Create strategic methodologies, approach to manage overall business delivery, aligning with companys vision.
2. To drive the delivery team, to achieve the monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
3. Facilitate to identifying and bridging operational gaps, among the entire delivery team.
4. Monitor and improve the process, ensuring all requirements are met within agreed timelines adhering to high service level and quality standards.
5. Financial Accountability- Create and implement strategy for revenue generation with the existing business, ensuring consistent and increasing revenue stream across business verticals of Staffing, Projects and development.
6. Budget & Planning- Develop, manage, and forecast budgets to align with strategic goals, ensuring effective resource allocation, cost control, and forecast for financial stability and growth.
7. Cross-Functional Alignment: Promote collaboration between sales, account management, and delivery teams to ensure everyone is aligned on company goals, expectations, and challenges to achieve the defined results.

4. Feedback Analysis: Collect, analyse, and interpret client and team feedback to identify areas for improvement, ensure service quality, and implement necessary changes for continuous growth and customer satisfaction.
