Role Overview

COO

1. Create strategic methodologies, approach to manage overall business delivery, aligning with companys vision.

2. To drive the delivery team, to achieve the monthly, quarterly and annual targets.

3. Facilitate to identifying and bridging operational gaps, among the entire delivery team.

4. Monitor and improve the process, ensuring all requirements are met within agreed timelines adhering to high service level and quality standards.

5. Financial Accountability- Create and implement strategy for revenue generation with the existing business, ensuring consistent and increasing revenue stream across business verticals of Staffing, Projects and development.

6. Budget & Planning- Develop, manage, and forecast budgets to align with strategic goals, ensuring effective resource allocation, cost control, and forecast for financial stability and growth.

7. Cross-Functional Alignment: Promote collaboration between sales, account management, and delivery teams to ensure everyone is aligned on company goals, expectations, and challenges to achieve the defined results.

Customer Relationship Optimization:

1. Create strategies for customer success, retention, and engagement, with a focus on exceeding client expectations, aligning the delivery team to provide quality service to the customer

2. Identify areas where we can offer additional value, expand our collaboration, and explore new solutions for potential business scope.

3. Build and maintain strong, enduring relationships with existing and new clients by understanding their business needs in IT Services & Staffing.

4. Feedback Analysis: Collect, analyse, and interpret client and team feedback to identify areas for improvement, ensure service quality, and implement necessary changes for continuous growth and customer satisfaction.

Business Growth:

1. Strengthening business relationships with existing customer and actively look for new business opportunities.

2. Brand and Market Visibility: Promote the companys services and offerings, building a strong brand presence through marketing, events, and thought leadership.

3. Market Research and Trend Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, and emerging industry trends.

4. Stay updated on industry trends: Monitor the client's industry to understand emerging challenges and opportunities, and how they may impact the client's business.

Team Leadership & Development:

1. Lead and mentor delivery managers, project managers, and other key personnel, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high team performance.
2. Drive a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the delivery team.
3. Creating pipeline of future leaders within the organization by providing opportunities for skill-building and career progression.
