Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) located in Agra. The COO will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Fresh Feet, ensuring operational efficiency, and promoting growth. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies, managing financial performance, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The COO will also work closely with other executives to align operational goals with the company's overall strategy.

• Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
• Finance and Budgeting skills
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in the retail or healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA is preferred
