Chief Operating Officer

To be eligible for this position, you should hold an MBA in Sales & Marketing from a reputed business school and have a strong background in sales. Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi is required, along with a detailed Skill Matrix outlining your relevant expertise. With a minimum of 10-15 years of total experience in sales and marketing, including at least 10 years in Direct Sales (B2C) in real estate, you should also have experience in marketing and team leadership. Your core responsibilities will include achieving sales targets, generating high-quality leads, leading the sales team, identifying expansion opportunities, overseeing construction projects, managing customer relationships, and developing the sales and marketing teams. You should possess visionary leadership, strategic thinking, commitment to success, integrity, and accountability, as well as strong team-building and communication skills. In the first year, your goals will include achieving sales revenue of 100 Cr, establishing new offices outside Hubballi, securing construction contracts, and developing a land bank for future expansion. By the third year, you should aim to achieve sales revenue of 500 Cr, expand to multiple offices, secure more construction contracts, and continue to grow the land bank strategically.
