This role involves close coordination with project managers, contractors, and various stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Key Responsibilities: Construction Oversight: Supervise daily on-site construction activities, including excavation, foundation work, concrete pouring, structural installations, and finishing tasks. Ensure adherence to construction drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Monitor and manage the work of subcontractors and laborers to ensure efficiency and quality. Project Coordination: Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to align on project goals and timelines. Facilitate communication between on-site teams and office-based stakeholders. Schedule and conduct regular site meetings to discuss progress and address issues. Quality Assurance & Safety: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment. Conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify potential safety hazards. Ensure that all construction activities comply with local building codes and regulations. Resource & Inventory Management: Manage the allocation and utilization of materials, equipment, and manpower. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily logs detailing work progress, labor deployment, and material usage. Prepare and submit regular reports on project status, challenges, and milestones achieved. Document any deviations from plans and propose corrective measures. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in site supervision within the real estate or construction industry. Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and blueprints. Software Proficiency: Familiarity with project management and construction software tools. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage on-site construction teams effectively.
