platform, where every member is supported by a dedicated Healthcare Navigator—a trusted

guide through their healthcare journey, from finding the right doctor to managing records,

home/hospital care, and accessing exclusive benefits.

As we scale, we are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to drive operational

excellence, build scalable systems, and ensure every touchpoint of care reflects our

commitment to compassion, quality, and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

Lead and scale operations across member services, hospital care, home care, and school

health programs.

Design and implement systems and processes for seamless, efficient, and high-quality

care delivery.

Take ownership of key performance metrics including member satisfaction, service

quality, operational efficiency, and cost control.

Work closely with the Founder & CEO to drive execution of strategic initiatives.

Build and nurture partnerships with hospitals, diagnostic labs, nursing teams, and other

healthcare providers.

Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance, data privacy, and consent protocols.

Foster a culture of empathy, accountability, and innovation within the team.

Who You Are

✔ 5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, health-tech, hospital

administration, or digital health platforms.

✔ Proven success in managing and scaling multi-location operations or working in

early-stage startups.

✔ Strong understanding of technology, healthcare delivery, and patient experience.

✔ Mission-driven leader with excellent people management, strategic thinking, and execution

skills.

Bonus: Exposure to B2C healthcare, elder care, chronic disease management, or

preventive care models.

Preferred Background

MBA / MHA / MPH from premier institutes (ISB, IIMs, TISS, PHFI, or equivalent).

Prior leadership roles in health-tech companies, hospitals, or digital healthcare

startups.
