Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized Operational Executive to join our Care Division. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing hospital and doctor relationships, ensuring timely service delivery, supporting strategic marketing efforts, and contributing to operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Doctor & Hospital Engagement Liaise with partner hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals Build and maintain strong working relationships with doctors and consultants Coordinate physician scheduling, referrals, and alignments for services Client & Account Management Manage and support key client accounts (corporates, hospitals, wellness partners) Ensure timely service delivery and resolution of client issues Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions with partner institutions Marketing & Business Development Support Work with the marketing team on healthcare campaigns and outreach initiatives Represent the company at events, conferences, and networking meets Analyze market trends and assist in expanding service offerings Strategic & Operational Leadership Collaborate with leadership to support new service launches and process improvements Drive a performance-based, patient-focused culture within the team Ensure smooth coordination across internal departments and external stakeholders Key Skills Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities Good understanding of healthcare workflows and hospital operations Ability to multitask and manage priorities under pressure Eligibility Criteria: MBA in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or equivalent Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in healthcare or hospital operations Prior experience in a healthcare startup or hospital setup is an added advantage Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Experience: total work: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
