Position Summary: We are looking for a proactive and energetic Marketing Executive to lead outreach and client acquisition efforts for our healthcare services platform. This role involves connecting with hospitals, corporates, schools, and private companies to introduce our services, generate leads, and support client onboarding. The ideal candidate will be confident in communication, strong in follow-ups, and able to build lasting relationships with key decision-makers. Key Responsibilities: Client Outreach & Lead Generation Identify and connect with potential partners like hospitals, schools, companies, and clinics Generate leads through phone calls, emails, meetings, events, and local visits Maintain a pipeline of interested and qualified prospects Relationship Management Schedule meetings and explain AssistHealth’s offerings clearly and confidently Build strong, ongoing relationships with key contacts like HR managers, hospital admins, and school heads Follow up regularly to close deals and ensure client satisfaction Proposal & Conversion Prepare service proposals customized to client needs Coordinate internally to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients Ensure clear handover to the operations team for implementation Campaign & Event Support Support health awareness drives, wellness programs, and local outreach events Represent the company at community events, health camps, and exhibitions Reporting Track lead status, follow-ups, and progress using internal tools or spreadsheets Share weekly reports with the leadership team Educational Background (Any of the Following Preferred): Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Business Administration , Life Sciences , Healthcare Management , Hospital Administration , or Allied Health Sciences Candidates with MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in relevant fields are preferred, but not mandatory Skills Required: Strong communication and presentation skills Good interpersonal and relationship-building ability Comfortable with fieldwork, client meetings, and follow-ups Organized and detail-oriented in tracking leads and reporting Basic proficiency in MS Office or CRM tools is a plus What We Offer: A dynamic role in a growing healthcare company Opportunity to work closely with hospitals and wellness partners Room for career growth and skill development Supportive work culture and team Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
