Job Description

Role Overview

The Operational Executive will be responsible for end-to-end coordination of signage projects, ensuring seamless client management, smooth execution, timely installation, and adherence to quality and safety standards. This role acts as a key link between clients, internal teams, vendors, and site staff.

Key Responsibilities1. Client Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned signage clients.
  • Understand client requirements and propose effective signage solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and project timelines in coordination with design and production teams.
  • Ensure client expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.

2. Project Handling

  • Manage signage projects from concept, fabrication, and production to final installation.
  • Coordinate with design, production, logistics, and installation teams for smooth execution.
  • Plan and conduct site surveys, recce visits, and coordinate required permissions.
  • Prepare detailed work schedules and monitor daily project progress.
  • Ensure projects are completed within approved timelines and budgets.
  • Manage material requirements and optimize costs without compromising quality.
  • Resolve on-site challenges promptly and efficiently.

3. Installation Oversight

  • Supervise installation teams at site to ensure work is executed as per approved designs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and installation best practices.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with clients during installation.
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure final handover documentation is completed.

4. Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain project documentation, approvals, drawings, and client communication records.
  • Provide regular status updates to management and clients.
  • Track billing milestones, coordinate invoicing, and follow up on collections.
  • Ensure project closure reports and completion certificates are properly documented.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.
  • Strong understanding of signage materials, fabrication techniques, and installation processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Leadership capabilities to manage on-site teams and vendors.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic project management tools.

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience in the signage, advertising, branding, or fabrication industry is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel for site visits and installation supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
