Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic and process-driven Chief of Staff to partner with our executive team, driving operational excellence and supporting our global growth in the custom products industry. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with expertise in process optimization, warehouse management, and transportation logistics.This role will be instrumental in streamlining operations, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and aligning teams with Group Bayport's vision of delivering premium, custom solutions worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted partner to the CEO and executive team, facilitating seamless communication and decision-making across departments such as manufacturing, supply chain, e-commerce, and technology.
- Lead high-priority projects to optimize manufacturing processes, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and quality assurance for our diverse product portfolio.
- Oversee warehouse operations and transportation logistics, ensuring streamlined inventory management and timely delivery across global markets.
- Drive process optimization initiatives, leveraging lean manufacturing principles, data analytics to enhance production workflows and reduce waste.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and e-commerce teams to support product development and customer satisfaction.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform strategic planning, monitor KPIs, and support Group Bayport's global expansion goals.
- Act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, representing the executive team while upholding our commitment to innovation and quality. 4-7 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably as an engineer, with a focus on process optimization, warehouse management, and transportation logistics.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, or related) from a premium institute, an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven expertise in lean manufacturing, process improvement
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and transportation logistics in a global supply chain context.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with experience driving cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to align diverse teams and foster collaboration across global operations.
