Define and execute the overall marketing vision and strategy for VinFast India.
Position VinFast as a trusted, innovative, and customer-focused brand in the Indian market.
Align local strategies with global direction while ensuring cultural and market relevance.
Develop and manage brand positioning and storytelling for India.
Oversee advertising, PR, partnerships, and corporate communications.
Build strong brand awareness, credibility, and customer trust.
Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, offline, events, and partnerships.
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs.
Use data and insights to continuously optimize customer experience.
Introduce innovative marketing practices that resonate with India’s diverse consumer segments.
Monitor performance and ensure marketing investments deliver strong ROI.
Build and lead a high-performing Indian marketing team.
Collaborate with sales, product, and global teams to ensure integrated execution.
Represent marketing as part of the India leadership team.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
15+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Experience in India market leadership, ideally with exposure to multinational environments.
Proven ability to launch or scale brands in competitive industries.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
