The Opportunity:-

We are seeking an experienced Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to join our founding leadership team. This role will be pivotal in designing and executing our growth strategy across marketing, sales, partnerships, and revenue optimization. As part of the leadership core, you will directly influence revenue growth, market positioning, and investor readiness.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.

- Build and scale marketing and sales funnels, driving predictable and sustainable revenue.

- Establish and strengthen strategic partnerships with CA firms, incubators, MSME associations, and international networks.

- Lead data-driven growth initiatives, focusing on CAC/LTV optimization and scalable channels.

- Work closely with the founder on fundraising, monetization models, and global market expansion.

Ideal Candidate Profile :-

- 10–12 years of professional experience, with a proven track record in growth, marketing, and sales leadership.

- Prior startup experience is a must (in leadership, scaling, or growth roles).

- Strong expertise in B2B SaaS growth, digital marketing, sales strategy, and partnerships.

- Demonstrated success in scaling revenue and building growth engines from the ground up.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in an early-stage, high-growth environment.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
