Job Title- Chief Finance Officer

Department- F&A

Qualification- MBA in Finance or relevant advanced degree or CA

Experience- 8-10 years exp.

Skills & Ability: -

· Leadership and Management skills.

· In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.

· Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

· Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.

· Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.

JOB Description-

· Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy and long-term business goals.

· Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.

· Ensure the company’s financial practices are in line with statutory laws and corporate governance regulations.

· Analyse financial performance and identify areas for improvement and cost efficiency.

· Supervise internal finance, accounting, tax, audit, and treasury functions.

· Manage relationships with investors, auditors, banks, and financial institutions.

· Lead capital raising efforts, including debt and equity financing.

· Assess and manage risks, ensure adequate internal controls and regulatory compliance.

· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for Director.

· Participate in strategic decision-making.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
