Job Description

Financial Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy to support organizational goals.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Financial Management & Reporting

  • Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, auditing, taxation, and reporting.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Monitor performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.

Cash Flow, Investments & Risk Management

  • Manage the company's liquidity and capital structure.
  • Assess and manage business risks and insurance requirements.

Regulatory Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with in all aspects by studying existing and new legislation, anticipating future legislation, and advising management.
  • Maintain strong internal controls and corporate governance practices.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and mentor the finance, accounting, tax, and treasury teams.
  • Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Serve as a key point of contact for investors, auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
