Chief Executive Officer- US Business

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with and manage the extended team of 150+ Sales, Support, Delivery and Customer Success professionals.
• Developing and communicating a clear vision for the company’s future.
• Crafting and executing strategic plans to achieve the company's goals.
• Develop and execute GTM strategy to drive business growth, achieve revenue targets, and expand market presence.
• Mentor and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture and meet business objectives.
• Establishing budgets, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring profitability.
• Identify and leverage opportunities to scale operations and expand into new segments within the US market.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers to ensure long-term business success.
• Stay abreast of technological advancements and integrate them into the company's offerings.

Qualifications:

• 18-25 years of total work experience, with at least 8-10 years in the US market.
• A degree in Engineering is mandatory.
• MBA from a Tier-1 institute is preferred but not mandatory.

Required Skills:

• Experience in building and leading large sales teams and managing senior stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to scale teams and business operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Deep understanding of the US market and its dynamics.
