Bandana is also a frequent speaker on Sustainable Luxury at top business schools and design colleges. Based in Mumbai, she is known for her dedication to Indian heritage, culture, and empowering women.

Now on the verge of expansion, Bandana is extending her practice into home décor products crafted with the same sustainable ethos. These products will be available through e-commerce, B2B, and B2C channels, creating a bridge between fine art, everyday living, and conscious luxury.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a young, energetic Chief Executive Officer located in Mumbai. A person who is well versed with startup culture. He should have the capability to manage business side including strategic planning, team building, business development, finance, sales, and operations management. The CEO will also be responsible for driving the company’s mission of sustainability and ethical practices, collaborating with other industry leaders, and ensuring continuous growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• MBA or CA or Engineer computer Science
• Experience in Strategic Planning and Business Planning
• Strong Business Sense
• Proven Sales experience and success
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Ability to make impactful connections and collaborations within the industry
• Understanding of sustainable practices and commitment to ethical approaches
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in luxury lifestyle segment, advertisement world, home decor segment or hospitality sector is a plus.
