Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chief Executive Officer role located in Rajkot. The CEO will oversee the company’s strategic direction, shaping business strategies, leading operational initiatives, and fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include managing operations, driving business growth, spearheading sales efforts, and ensuring the company meets financial and production goals. The CEO will also mentor leadership teams, oversee resource allocation, and ensure alignment with the company’s mission and objectives.

• Deep understanding of manufacturing industries, preferably investment casting
• Prior experience in leading high-performing teams and driving organizational growth
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
