We are seeking an accomplished Chief Business Officer (CBO) – Media Services to lead and expand the company’s business operations within the sports, media and entertainment domain. The role involves building new business units, expanding existing P&L portfolios, developing supplementary revenue streams, and strengthening client relationships. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry experience, strategic foresight, and a proven record of driving organizational growth across complex, fast-paced sectors such as sports, media, entertainment, live events, public sector etc.
• Build, scale, and operationalize new business units within or Media Services group.
• Formulate and execute strategies to drive top-line and bottom-line growth.
• Identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities across media and digital platforms.
• Lead the expansion of current P&L operations through strategic initiatives and partnerships.
• Develop and manage supplementary P&L streams to enhance profitability.
• Oversee business forecasting, budgeting, and revenue planning to ensure sustainable growth.
• Strengthen and expand relationships with key clients, networks, and partners.
• Drive client satisfaction through service excellence and tailored business solutions.
• Represent the company in key industry forums and client negotiations.
• Build and lead a compact and high-performing business development team.
• Mentor and empower leaders across business functions to achieve organizational objectives.
• Foster a performance-driven culture built on accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
• Establish strategic alliances and partnerships to enhance business reach and service offerings.
• Develop initiatives to strengthen the organization’s brand presence within the media ecosystem.
