Chief Business Officer (CBO)

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Strategy & Growth:

• Develop and execute the company’s business growth strategy across global and domestic markets.
• Identify new business opportunities, including emerging market segments, strategic partnerships, and product diversification.
• Own revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and go-to-market execution.

• Sales & Marketing Leadership:

• Oversee and scale sales and marketing teams to drive B2B enterprise customer acquisition and retention.
• Drive lead generation, customer segmentation, and brand positioning aligned with cybersecurity trends and buyer personas.
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to align messaging and positioning of cybersecurity solutions.

• Partnerships & Alliances:

• Build and manage strategic alliances with channel partners, system integrators, MSSPs, and technology providers.
• Negotiate key business deals, licensing agreements, and distribution partnerships.

• Customer & Market Intelligence:

• Champion customer-centric thinking across the organization.
• Continuously monitor market dynamics, competitor movements, and regulatory changes in the cybersecurity space.

• P&L Ownership:

• Drive top-line growth while optimizing costs and ensuring profitable business operations.
• Prepare business plans, investor presentations, and board-level updates on growth initiatives and KPIs.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chief Business Officer, Head of Growth, or similar executive leadership role in a high-growth cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise tech company.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity products, services, and market ecosystem.
• Demonstrated track record of building high-performing commercial teams and driving revenue growth.
• Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and strong execution capabilities.
• MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
