Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie- Tandoor to join our team at Marriott International, contributing to the success of our hospitality operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and experience working with tandoors.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes using various cooking techniques and ingredients.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop new recipes and menus to enhance culinary offerings.
  • Manage inventory of food supplies and order fresh ingredients as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a chef, preferably in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu planning.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances, including tandoors.
