Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie based in Guwahati. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, assisting the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, and ensuring all kitchen equipment is properly used and maintained. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, coordinating with other kitchen staff, and contributing to menu development. Qualifications Proficiency in preparing and presenting high-quality Indian cuisine Knowledge of hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen Ability to assist in managing kitchen operations and maintaining kitchen equipment Experience in inventory management and coordination with kitchen staff Creativity and innovation in menu development Strong organizational and multitasking skills Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in a reputable establishment Formal culinary education is a plus Show more Show less
