About Us  

Every Morning Cartel is a new specialty coffee house, food destination, and vinyl bar in Kandivali. We are passionate about high-quality coffee, bold flavors, and a curated music experience. As we open our 60-seater café, we seek dedicated and ambitious individuals to join our kitchen team.  

Responsibilities 

•⁠ ⁠Assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating according to café standards  

•⁠ ⁠Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the kitchen  

•⁠ ⁠Follow food safety regulations and best practices  

•⁠ ⁠Learn and refine culinary skills under the guidance of experienced chefs  

•⁠ ⁠Assist with inventory management and ingredient stocking  

•⁠ ⁠Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen  

Requirements  

•⁠ ⁠A passion for cooking and a strong willingness to learn  

•⁠ ⁠Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food safety (training provided)  

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work in a team and take direction  

•⁠ ⁠Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
