This is an on-site, full-time role for a Chef De Partie located in Hyderabad. The Chef De Partie will oversee a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring food preparation is carried out to the highest standards. Responsibilities include preparing and presenting dishes, managing junior kitchen staff, monitoring food supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and compliance with all health and safety regulations. Collaboration with the Head Chef and other team members to maintain consistency and quality is an integral element of the role.

Qualifications

Culinary skills, including expertise in food preparation and presentation
Experience in kitchen management, including supervising junior staff and managing inventory
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and compliance with health regulations
Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle high-pressure kitchen environments
Teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate within a diverse culinary team
Qualifications in Culinary Arts or equivalent training and relevant certifications are recommended
Experience in a high-volume or specialty dining environment is a plus
