Chef de Cuisine

We are looking for a skilled Chef de Cuisine to join our team at Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Western cuisine and 2 to 7 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
• Develop menus and recipes to enhance the culinary experience.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure consistency and excellence in food preparation.

• Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of Western cuisine and its techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and technology.
