• Proven experience building and consuming REST APIs for integrating chatbots with backend systems and external data sources.
• Comprehensive end-to-end chatbot building experience, from requirements gathering to deployment and continuous improvement for real-world use cases.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment while prioritizing tasks and delivering projects within deadlines.
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy robust chatbot solutions on messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Telegram for Twixor's clients.
• Design conversational flows utilizing Dialogflow and Microsoft Bot Framework to deliver superior customer engagement and automate business processes.
• Integrate Natural Language Processing techniques to understand user intents, manage context, and drive personalized interactions.
• Create and maintain REST API integrations for seamless data exchange between chatbots and enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, plan features, and ensure chatbot solutions align with client needs and industry standards.
• Monitor chatbot performance, analyze user interactions, and implement iterative improvements to optimize engagement and efficiency.
• Document chatbot designs, workflows, and technical specifications to support scalability and maintainability.
• Stay current with emerging trends in Conversational AI and proactively contribute innovative ideas to enhance Twixors digital journey solutions.
