Job Description

As a Chatbot Developer at Capgemini, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing chatbot solutions using AWS Lex, Python, AWS Lambda, and AWS DynamoDB. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and building conversation flows using CCAI/Google Dialogflow - Collaborating with technical analysts and solution architects to assist in solution design - Taking ownership and accountability beyond individual deliverables to deliver exceptional results for business stakeholders - Following and promoting best engineering practices such as clean reusable code, Continuous Integration (CI), Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Infrastructure as Code - Providing technical software support, including bug investigation, interpretation of procedure manuals, and maintaining accurate documentation Your profile should ideally include: - 4+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying solutions on AWS Lex/Connect/CCAI/Google Dialogflow - Experience in translating stakeholder requirements into technical specifications - Building custom applications, integrations, and data pipelines using Salesforce Data Cloud tools - Developing and optimizing data models to support business processes and reporting needs - Implementing data governance and security best practices for data integrity and compliance Working at Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to shape your career by exploring a range of career paths and internal opportunities within the Capgemini group.
