Job Title: AI / Chatbot Developer
Experience Required: 2–5 Years
Location: Chandigarh

Job Summary:

We are seeking the AI/Chatbot Developers responsible for designing, developing, and training the chatbot’s conversational model. The candidates will work closely with the project team to integrate the chatbot into the existing digital ecosystem, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and user-friendliness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

* Hands-on experience in developing chatbots using frameworks such as Dialogflow, Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework, or LLM-based tools (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain).

* Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning concepts.

* Experience with Python, RESTful APIs, and cloud deployment (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

* Familiarity with vector databases and prompt engineering is an added advantage.

* Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Qualification:

UG: Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

PG: Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field., MAC, MS/M.Sc. (Science)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
