HR Executive

Position: HR Executive
Experience: 2–3 years
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HR operations on a day-to-day basis and ensure smooth functioning of all HR processes.
• Handle complete employee life cycle including onboarding, induction, payroll, leave management, and exit formalities.
• Coordinate and support in joining formalities and maintain employee records accurately.
• Prepare and release offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
• Administer and monitor attendance and leave management systems.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in coordination with the finance team.
• Drive and support employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
• Conduct induction programs for new joiners and ensure smooth integration into the organization.
• Maintain HR databases, reports, and trackers using MS Excel and HR tools.
• Provide support in HR policies, compliance, and grievance handling.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Good understanding of HR operations and employee life cycle management.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, leave management, and statutory compliances.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR-related reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with employees across levels.
• Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail and confidentiality.

Qualification:

• Graduate / Post-Graduate in Human Resources / MBA (HR) or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in HR operations / generalist profile preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
