Job Title: Chartered Accountant

Experience Required: 2–4 years

Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to manage the organization’s financial operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and provide strategic financial guidance. The role involves overseeing audits, preparing financial reports, managing taxation, and offering advice to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records.
• Conduct audits, financial reviews, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with statutory laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
• Manage direct and indirect taxation including GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Monitor internal controls and implement improvements where necessary.
• Advise management on financial strategies, investment opportunities, and cost-saving measures.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
• Oversee payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and cash flow management.
• Provide support during mergers, acquisitions, or other financial restructuring.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing, and taxation laws.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, ERP systems).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Prior experience in auditing, taxation, or corporate finance preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
