Key Responsibilities:


1.Cash Flow & Working Capital Management

  • Monitor and manage daily cash flow requirements to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Optimize utilization of working capital limits and ensure timely fund availability.


2.Financial Planning, Analysis & Profitability Review

  • Conduct monthly profitability reviews and variance analysis against budgets.
  • Develop and implement strategies for operational cost reduction and enhanced efficiency.
  • Prepare financial models for CAPEX proposals and evaluate project feasibility.


3.Banking & Financial Facilities Management

  • Manage CC/TL, BG, and LC facilities efficiently to minimize finance costs.
  • Arrange project finance, working capital limits, and negotiate favourable banking terms.
  • Identify and induct new bankers to reduce overall borrowing costs.


4.Receivables & Payables Management

  • Oversee receivables to ensure timely collection and reduce DSO.
  • Manage supplier/vendor payments while maintaining healthy relationships and optimal credit terms.
  • Finalize commercial terms for supplier/contractor orders/work orders.


5.Liaison & Compliance

  • Liaise with banks, government authorities, rating agencies, and financial institutions.
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, taxation, and regulatory guidelines.


6.Accounts & Reporting

  • Lead accounts finalization and coordinate with auditors for timely completion.
  • Improve internal MIS, accounting systems, and commercial processes for better decision-making.


7.Strategic & Corporate Finance

  • Conduct commercial analysis and manage contracts to safeguard company interests.
  • Advise management on IPO readiness, private placement strategies, and long-term funding options.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of

    Corporate Finance, Project Finance, and Working Capital Management

    .
  • Proficiency in

    MIS Reporting, Financial Modelling, and Commercial Negotiations

    .
  • Excellent

    liaisoning, communication, and leadership skills

    .
  • In-depth understanding of

    statutory compliance, banking instruments (LC, BG, Forward Contracts)

    .
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on

    cost optimization and value creation

    .

Qualifications & Experience:

  • CA / CMA / MBA (Finance)

    or equivalent professional qualification.
  • 8–15 years of experience

    in finance, banking, and commercial management in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
  • Proven track record in

    arranging project finance, managing banking relationships, and handling large-scale financial operations

    .
