Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant who will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge in international accounting standards and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements in compliance with US GAAP and local regulations. Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closures. Manage internal audits, statutory audits, and tax filings. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures. Provide financial advice and insights to support strategic business decisions. Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies. Monitor and manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash CPA (USA) Certification Mandatory Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in accounting, auditing, and financial reporting Strong understanding of both Indian and international financial regulations Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Experience working in cross-functional and international teams is a plus Location: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, India.
