Job Description

As a Workday Consultant at Digitys, you will play a key role in delivering impactful HR technology solutions through end-to-end Workday HCM implementations and post-go-live activities. Your responsibilities will include configuring and managing Workday modules such as Core HCM, Absence Management, Compensation, Talent & Performance, and Recruiting. Additionally, you will design and implement business processes and security models aligned with organizational goals, develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform system testing, resolution of issues, ensure data integrity, and provide end-user training and technical support. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and support end-to-end Workday HCM implementations and post-go-live activities - Configure and manage Workday modules such as Core HCM, Absence Management, Compensation, Talent & Performance, and Recruiting - Design and implement business processes and security models aligned with organizational goals - Develop and maintain Workday custom and advanced reports, dashboards, and calculated fields - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions - Perform system testing, issue resolution, and ensure data integrity - Train end-users and provide technical support Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4 years of experience as a Workday Consultant - Workday Certification is mandatory - Strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, etc.) - Proven experience with Workday integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, or Core Connectors - Hands-on experience with Workday Security Configuration - Expertise in Business Process Framework, including design, testing, and optimization - Proficiency in Workday Report Writing, Calculated Fields, and Advanced Analytics - Experience with data migration, data validation, and audit procedures - Ability to analyze and optimize complex business requirements into Workday solutions - Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail - Excellent verbal and written communication skills Nice-to-Have Skills: - Knowledge of Workday Prism Analytics, People Experience, or Adaptive Planning - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence) - Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously - Prior experience working in global or cross-functional teams In addition to the challenging role, Digitys offers competitive compensation, a flexible work environment, career growth opportunities, and exposure to global projects.,
