Role Description – Chartered Accountant (Full-Time, On-Site – Ahmedabad)

We are seeking a highly responsible and proactive Chartered Accountant to join our firm. The ideal candidate will be capable of independently managing the firm’s accounting operations, coordinating effectively with clients, and providing day-to-day guidance to junior staff. This on-site role involves preparing financial statements, managing tax planning and compliance, analyzing financial data, ensuring regulatory adherence, and overseeing audits. The CA will also contribute to strategic financial decision-making and support overall firm operations.

Key Responibilities

• Prepare accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
• Manage tax compliance, tax planning, and ensure adherence to applicable tax laws
• Oversee audits, internal controls, and regulatory compliance
• Analyze and interpret financial data for management decision-making
• Coordinate with clients professionally and maintain strong working relationships
• Take responsibility for firm-related financial operations and workflow management
• Guide, mentor, and supervise junior staff in their daily tasks
• Provide strategic insights on budgeting and financial planning

Qualifications

• CA qualification (mandatory); additional certifications in financial management are a plus
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, auditing, taxation, and compliance
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar platforms
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and sound financial judgment
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Prior experience in accounting, auditing, or financial roles is highly desirable
• Ability to take responsibility, handle firm operations independently, and lead team members
