Role Description – Chartered Accountant (Full-Time, On-Site – Ahmedabad) We are seeking a highly responsible and proactive Chartered Accountant to join our firm. The ideal candidate will be capable of independently managing the firm’s accounting operations, coordinating effectively with clients, and providing day-to-day guidance to junior staff. This on-site role involves preparing financial statements, managing tax planning and compliance, analyzing financial data, ensuring regulatory adherence, and overseeing audits. The CA will also contribute to strategic financial decision-making and support overall firm operations. Key Responibilities Prepare accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports Manage tax compliance, tax planning, and ensure adherence to applicable tax laws Oversee audits, internal controls, and regulatory compliance Analyze and interpret financial data for management decision-making Coordinate with clients professionally and maintain strong working relationships Take responsibility for firm-related financial operations and workflow management Guide, mentor, and supervise junior staff in their daily tasks Provide strategic insights on budgeting and financial planning Qualifications  CA qualification (mandatory); additional certifications in financial management are a plus Strong expertise in financial reporting, auditing, taxation, and compliance Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar platforms Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and sound financial judgment Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities Prior experience in accounting, auditing, or financial roles is highly desirable Ability to take responsibility, handle firm operations independently, and lead team members
