Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning & Strategy

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with its business objectives.
• Prepare short-term and long-term financial forecasts, budgets, and growth plans.
• Provide strategic financial inputs to support critical business decisions.

Financial Operations & Reporting

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounts, billing, payroll, and vendor payments.
• Manage financial reporting – P&L statements, balance sheets, and MIS reports for management and investors.
• Ensure effective cash flow management to maintain financial stability.

Compliance & Taxation

• Ensure statutory compliance with applicable laws, including GST, TDS, and income tax.
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulators to ensure timely filings and smooth audits.
• Monitor and manage risk, internal controls, and financial policies.

Fundraising & Investor Relations (if applicable for your startup)

• Assist in fundraising activities, including preparing financial models and investor presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions.
• Support the leadership team in capital structuring and funding strategies.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
• Implement best practices to improve operational efficiency and financial discipline.

Key Requirements:

• Qualification:
• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory for freshers applying.
• MBA in Finance or similar qualification is a plus.
• Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience in a corporate or startup environment, OR
• Freshly qualified CAs with strong analytical skills and leadership potential are welcome.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, and statutory regulations.
• Proficiency in Tally / SAP / ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Exceptional problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
